About RQI Programs
Need BLS, ACLS, or PALS certification without sitting through a traditional classroom course? Our American Heart Association RQI courses offer a fast, flexible way for healthcare providers to earn or renew their certification.
With the Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) program, students complete the online learning portion first, then come to our training center for a short, self-service skills session using an automated manikin. There is no instructor-led classroom, making the process simple, efficient, and convenient for busy professionals.
We’re open 7 days a week to fit your schedule—because we know flexibility matters. Schedule your RQI skills testing Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM or Saturday–Sunday from 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM.

Available Courses
We offer the following American Heart Association RQI courses:
- BLS (Basic Life Support) – For healthcare providers and first responders
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – For advanced medical professionals
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) – For providers working with pediatric patients
These courses are ideal for nurses, EMTs, paramedics, respiratory therapists, dental professionals, physicians, and other healthcare providers who need an AHA certification card for work, school, or clinical compliance.
How the RQI Process Works
1. Register Online
Select your course and schedule your skills session.
2. Complete the Online Coursework
Finish the required coursework before your appointment.
3. Skills Verification
Arrive at your scheduled time to our facility. Log into the RQI computer and complete your hands-on skills using the self-service RQI manikin with real-time feedback.
Once you finish, your AHA certification card is issued immediately via email and is valid for two years.
