Requesting a Course Extension

Submitting this form does not guarantee that an extension will be approved. Extension requests are reviewed individually by the Department of Education & Training based on your current course progress, outstanding requirements, reason for the request, and the amount of additional time requested.

Please provide complete and accurate information regarding your request. You may be contacted if additional information or documentation is needed.

If your request is approved, you will receive written confirmation with your new enrollment expiration date and any conditions or requirements associated with the extension. 

Your current enrollment expiration date remains in effect unless and until you receive written approval of your extension request.
