Here’s how our Employee Referral Program works:

1. Who Can Participate:
   All current Guardian Elite Medical Services employees are eligible to take part in the referral program.
2. What Counts as a Referral:
   A referral counts once a new EMT student enrolls in one of our programs and makes their initial deposit.
3. Program Scope:
   Applies only to: EMT — Bootcamp, EMT — Modular, and Advanced EMT programs.
4. Your Reward:
   You’ll earn $25 for each referral, and your referral will receive 5% off their tuition.
5. How It’s Tracked:
   When a student enrolls using your referral code, the Department of Education (DOE) receives an email notification. DOE staff will record your referral in the official Employee Referral Tracking Sheet.
6. When You Get Paid:
   Payouts are issued monthly according to the published Payout Schedule and will appear on your regular paycheck.
7. No Lost Bonuses:
   Once your referral makes their deposit, your bonus is guaranteed — even if the student later withdraws or changes programs.
8. Program Management:
   Guardian Elite Medical Services reserves the right to update, pause, or end this program at any time, but we’ll always communicate changes in advance.
