Program Requirements:

  • Quantiferon Gold TB or 2-Step Skin TB test
  • Background check through Precheck
  • 10-panel urine drug screen
  • School Physical Exam
  • Valid driver license
  • High School Diploma or equivalency
  • BLS Provider Certification through American Heart Association (AHA)-Included in the course
  • Current health insurance
  • Appropriate immunizations (Hep B and MMR)
